Delays caused by lack of access, unprepared work areas, or other customer-related issues may result in rescheduling fees or additional charges. Custom Wood Flooring will communicate any changes to the project schedule as soon as possible.

  1. Materials & Products

Custom Wood Flooring may supply materials as part of the project scope or work with materials supplied by the customer. We make no warranty regarding materials supplied by the customer. Any defects, damage, or issues arising from customer-supplied materials are the sole responsibility of the customer. Material availability is subject to change and may affect project timelines.

  1. Workmanship

All work performed by Custom Wood Flooring is carried out in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with applicable industry standards. Any warranty on workmanship will be communicated in writing at the time of project agreement. This website does not constitute a warranty of any kind on services performed.

  1. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled project appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at (812) 453-0102 or woodflooringevansville@gmail.com. Late cancellations or no-shows for scheduled appointments may result in a cancellation or trip fee at our discretion.
